| Completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1983 and started Carvalho Associates in September 1985. |
| Is in-charge of Audit & Assurance, Business Advisory and International Taxation and handles large and medium sized Indian Clients as well as MNC clients. |
| He also looks after Transfer Pricing and handles Transfer Pricing assignments for many MNC clients. |
| He is primarily responsible for client management and relationship. |

| He has over 22 years of experience in Commercial Legal & Tax before joining Carvalho Associates: |
- Was heading the Indirect Tax and Foreign Trade Policy Practice for KPMG, South India as a Partner.

- Earlier, was with Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Executive Director - Indirect Tax for 4 years and was heading the Western and Eastern region practice of Indirect Tax.

- Prior to consulting, he was in industry heading the Tax and Legal department of Castrol India Ltd at their Corporate Office at Mumbai as Vice President.

Associates and in Industry, having been in employment both in India and overseas : |
| During employment, he was with: |
- A Multinational Company in India, in the Accounts and Finance division of their manufacturing facility and

- With a major tourist cum flight operator at Tanzania, heading the accounts and commercial activity of the company

| Is in-charge of Audit & Assurance and Information Technology, apart from Office Management. |
