| The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has notified March
31, 2009 as the date on which
71 sections out of
81 sections of the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Act,
2008 have come into force. Further, the LLP Rules,
2009 have been notified on April
1, 2009
for carrying out the provisions of the LLP Act,
2008. |
